Biography

Simons Spatz immigrated to Canada in 1950 and built a small grocery store into one of Halifax’s largest apartment companies. Jim Spatz expanded the company throughout Atlantic Canada. Southwest is one of the region’s leading developers of residential, retail and commercial properties.
