Lou specialises in international real estate development and advisory services spanning diverse industries including technology, medical tourism, industrial real estate, hospitality, finance and lending. He has been involved in taking several companies public on the Toronto Stock Exchange; successfully producing attractive returns for investors. A strong believer and advocate in the responsibility of the business community to contribute meaningfully and with impact to the charitable sector, he has participated on numerous non-profit boards supporting organisations like the MS Society and Cape Breton University.
